Things you need to know before you list

ADVANTAGE for the Seller or Agent: – “Know, before you show”
- Reports the adverse conditions of the House Systems that the Seller or Agent may be aware of and which may affect their approach to selling.
- Allows the Seller and Agent to prepare for negotiations when showing the home.
These features are included in your home inspection:
- You are invited to accompany the inspector during the inspection to see the home
- A home inspection performed in accordance with national standards of practice and code of ethics
- A detailed visual inspection of the function of the major systems in the home
- A running explanation by the inspector of any real or potential issues observed during the inspection
- A verbal summary of the observations at the end of the on-site inspection
- A written full report of the condition with related photographs, illustrations and recommendations; written in plain, easy to read English; and, delivered usually the same day but not later than the following day
